@Kathy Diamond if you need an actual BPO done for bank owned properties or refi there is an NAR certification called BPOR.

And we all know what a diamond in the rough BP is !!!

But your not going to sit over on the flanks of Diamond head looking out at the blue ocean and have this all done for you like you can in the Bay Area..

A few things on the North Shore and the NEREIA in Chelmsford are close and I'd check out the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham as it is worth the longer drive.

@Jason Ruello a beginner trying to start with STRs is a bit like a beginner skier trying to go down a black diamond (the most advanced terrain).

Could be a diamond in the rough or a cranky person who is offended you called them on a sign they posted.Good Luck!

Some diamonds in the rough can be found, but you have to wade through a lot of "hazardous waste" to find those gems.
