Make sure you have funds set aside for an emergency, if you have personal debt, try to eliminate as much as possible, understand what your personal balance sheet looks like in regards to monthly cash flow and net worth.Investing in real estate is investing in a business, and you need to have a good understanding of your financial picture before you begin to buy a business.I would then focus on what niche you want to start with.

I think that you can answer this yourself by now.To add "insult to injury," as mentioned in the previous landing page analysis, the actual lead form is placed below the “fold,” which further hurts the conversion rate.I don’t know this advertiser personally, but I would be highly skeptical of their results.

You still need to get the debt and equity but once you're open / finished with construction you can get grants to reimburse you. 500K-2M is typical for projects like yours.
