I think that the benefits of syndication are that you get to invest along side experienced real estate professionals that have done well.  

I am pursuing FIRE and I would like to use my work income alongside rental real estate and frugality to get me there.

Soooo, today I attended an all-morning event where an Open Door agent spoke alongside one of the top producing agents in our market and some others.

I guess I do have scale in wholesaling and in the diversity/ creativity of deal-making...but still...I feel humbled being put together along side these real estate GIANTS.And as far as my answer to the dream team...I would gladly have: @J Scott, @Brian Burke, @Ben Leybovich, and @Jay Hinrichs to my dream team :-)

An electrician has worked along side plumbers during many projects, that doesn't mean he can now best advise me how to rehab the poly piping out of my house.

On top of that, there's a ton of experienced fishermen already there alongside you...competing for the same small number of fish that may bite.
