I am always down to talk and network.

so what you need to do is the leg work / networking to find out what the other local folks are doing. 

This weekend I was lucky enough to attend an MFIN - Multi Family Investor Network - conference here in Colorado and see BiggerPockets CEO @Scott Trench share the stage with @Ben Suttles and @Feras Moussa talking about the future of real estate investing, plus a number of other keynote presentations and informative breakout sessions.

I like connecting with lenders local to the areas because they typically have a larger network in the market and sometimes they're able to process the deal faster as well. 

I'm not seeing as many real estate networking events anywhere in Michigan.

I'd love to expand my network and connect with local investors, contractors, wholesalers, and anyone else involved in the real estate scene.

Hi Charles,I've been investing in Tampa for 20 years, and to be honest, I’ve stayed away from mobile homes for the obvious reasons—like depreciation and lot rent—but if you decide to go that route, make sure to aim for at least double-wide units for better financing options.

I just closed my 3rd deal this month and looking to network and learn a lot during BPCON.

@Craig Imazumiare you going to go to your chosen market in person and and put some time, legwork and networking in?

Note that if this goes well, I would want to continue making deals there.I don't think this is necessary in this day and age - plenty of direct lenders that can offer you good service and DSCR Loans for a wide variety of situations with competitive rates - easy to find here as well.
