Open shelves in kitchens generally screams "I was too cheap to buy cabinets!"

I am interested in a property in a VA (Visitor Accommodation) zone in Santa Cruz, CA.It used to be a motel and was converted to an apartment.

However, the market is so imbalanced at the moment, that it would take much more than “temporarily above average” inventory levels to truly make a difference.The market is absolutely screaming for inventory.
