Tiny houses are generation two of attainable housing and they're better in all sorts of ways, but because of the "newness" cities and counties don't know what to do with them and don't understand the psychographic and/or demographic of people who CHOOSE this lifestyle.As a society, we're right on the CUSP of shifting the outdated status quo, and I don't know about you, I believe this is an exciting time to be alive!

LOLI guess I may be a little more of a risk taker than... some but I am also a realist and understand the value of litigation and or when someone is not going to spend a bunch of money litigating something that is worth very little.So in this instance I would find out who owned the property and offer cash for keys if that was my angle and once I had that I would then buy the note knowing I had that handled.Again not advocating it ... just saying ..... we live in this worry about sueing society when in reality you have to do something pretty bad to instigate real litigation and there has to be some worth litigating about.. a 4k note not going to ever happen would be my guess...

Understand: in our litigious society you can not only lose your properties you can lose your personal possessions including your home, banks accounts, vehicles, etc.Insurance only covers so much.

lolOh and lets not forget, screw your brain on that is counter to what the entire society yells at you from the adverts, the marketing etc etc....become a man that LOVES to spend ONLY on things that make him more INCOME, not on anything that depreciates. that is the truly and only GOLDEN KEY needed to become wealthy over time.
