My comment about HELOC money sitting as cash in a bank account just refers to keeping the money rotating in and out of deals instead of repaying it and borrowing constantly from the HELOC.

Lowes sells mold tests that you can send in to make sure it's not some deadly strain of mold but chances are that it is not.
