Estimates are way way over $100k in repairs and they claim in the appraisals that you can do a roof, paint, flooring, new ac, pool replacement plus pump and plumbing, 100' fence, new kitchen, remodel 2 baths and all new flooring as well as re plumb the house in a 2200sf house for.... $45k!

The “limited” aspect refers to focusing on areas critical for the project at hand, rather than a full topographic survey of the entire property, which might be necessary for larger-scale developments.

What that usually won't cover are the big expenditures, like the AC needs to be replaced (say $4,000-5,000), or the roof needs to be replaced (say $10,000 to $20,000).
