Finding the private investor, by the way, was pure luck - I just posted a $500 "Finders Fee" on Facebook (That was before I knew about BP) and within a day I was talking to a friend of a friend of a friend and we hit it off.

Thus, in many cases you may be indifferent as to whether you would pay off an investment property or a primary residence quicker from a purely tax deduction perspective.

When it comes to East Hartford it almost purely a MFH search, that or SFH I can turn into MFR.Enfield, East Windsor, Windsor Locks, and Manchester are my BRRRR areas.

"C" is small, but desirable purely because it has road frontage.

This is purely a matter of energy in (watts) = heat out.  

If you buy this property, I see this purely as an appreciation speculation play and personally I don't think it is worth it. 

I am now looking to get my first property that will be purely investment. 

My thoughts are purely from a home-owner/renter/vacationer's perspective, and not an investor's.
