They hire us and we may charge $150, plus fees so if the recording and permit fee is an additional $150, they spent $300 but netted $200, now depending on job value which is what decides the permit fee.

I just looked up the covenants on the online city records, hoping to see an amended recording, and the original 1997 ones appear to be the only ones there, so this helps me understand the issue more fully, if they take precendent over Rules & Regs.

Thursday I completed a large rehab in mission beach on a small unit that was supposedly built in 1901 but I question if that is accurate (I have some belief it tax built in the 1920s, but records show 1901).
