I walk into the kitchen, and a lady was in there, she went pale white in the face, she totally fell backwards and collapsed on to the kitchen floor hitting the stove and shelving.Not only did I scare her, she had a medical condition.

STEM (science, technology, engineering, math), medical, and legal are about the extent of useful degrees.I say that because if you're spending that sort of money (and six years of your lives) you should expect the resulting job prospects will enable you to pay back these loans.

Working under a non-profit eliminates the workman's comp issues as they are volunteers, doesn't mean you hang them with a medical bill if they do get hurt, but there are releases signed.

If she is an older grandmother type, there are other issues to consider about her estate regardless of it being tiny or very large, what is her health like, will she need medical assistance in the near future (3 to 7 years) where is she moving to, must she have a lump some or can she use a small income from the property, will her selling effect any benefit program she may be qualified for????
