okay, I've been positive Pete for weeks upon weeks, I'm a US Marine and aggression comes natural do this was coming eventually (hope you don't mind but we all need to vent sometimes).Why in the Hell are people so unreliable?

I am not looking to do anything spec, I am looking for longterm rentals.

As most fungal species at least have an honest life cycle and a straightforward means of pursuing it, a proper analogy is difficult to come by.

Anything marine or aviation related costs a fortune to operate and repair (because of many associated regulations).
