I think your issue is (if I recall your other post) that you don't have any experience as a co-host but are trying to gain it by offering your help for free.

Even then though, the price could still be the issue even with the pro doing the sale.

I had/have no issue trying to resell the land just not sure how to promote land unbuildable especially with the expectations & price the buyer FIRMLY wants. 

I found out in my jurisdiction that medium-term rentals are classified as long-term rentals and therefore have different laws.
