I want to impress upon real estate investors that there are no certainties only probabilities and to assess the probabilities you have to consider the macro as well as the micro...investing without probabilities is gambling.

I tell little girls just how adorable they are; I hold the door for my elders, & always let them go ahead of me (even when they take their time); & I stop to let cars out in traffic, allow people the right of way in crosswalks, & politely wave when everyone else beeps at me in appreciation ;0)To say the least some of my ways are a bone of contention for most of my Mass friends that explain to me (over, & over, & over) that my "friendliness" gives off the wrong impression ;0).

Hello BP Community - This question pertains to purchasing properties at auction and if you use an auction service (investment group that allows access to their website, data and checks title, etc.) or if you do it yourself through some other site that composites all auction data, such as PropertyRadar.I've bid on properties at auction in the past using an auction service and am considering doing it again.
