With insurance rates going up, best to find areas with the lowest operating cost.

I like to think I have done ok. for me finding properties is sales - managing real estate and growing your company requires problem solving. 

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I really feel this is helping people find affordable rentals.  

Hoping to go down one of two paths:1- Buy a condo or small single family home and build equity and create value with my maintenance/construction background.2- Find a cash provider to do this on a larger scale with a 3-5 unit building. 

I currently do not have enough funds to fund a down payment and am trying to find the most efficient way to save.

A little bit off to the west is also a solid market where you can find some success in the Tampa Bay Area.

I did send an email to Support but have not received a response and cannot find a number to talk to anyone.

They only do Memphis and Little Rock and may provide you with the end result without the hassle if you like that market.
