It's like asking someone what you should look for in a wife.You need to focus on what your goals are first, then take a personal inventory of your own knowledge, skills, interests, finances, available time, etc. 

I have been disappointed with the amount of fees and personal piggy bank attitude that the PM has regarding owner investments.My experience with JWB has been lackluster at best.

Personally, all of my units are full and have stayed full, no one is even late with rent much less behind, and no one is moving.

Review the quality of the tenant base (do they have a history of paying on time, what were the original screening criteria, do they have applications on file).

LLCs require additional filing fees and tax returns and just complicate things.

I thought of selling back to the seller at the same price, and take the 12kish loss on repairs  I doubt they will take it back.. check your note to make sure you dont have personal guranteesNoted, thanks Jay!

While I love the brand and have personally used them for the past 7.5 years, the dryer takes FOREVER when doing loads of bedding or towels.

Then again, if you’re talking about a mortgage on your personal residence, and you live in a state with an unlimited homestead exemption for creditor attachment like Texas or Florida, there’s an asset protection consideration as well.   

Personally, I've had success in Linden, Southern Orchards, South of Main, Driving Park, and Franklinton to name a few neighborhoods in Columbus. 

I've done deed searches and look at different documents filed.
