A lot of folks seem to despise the federal reserve but fall to see that our frequency and extent of recessions and depressions has fallen dramatically isince the implimentation of the FED.

After The Great Depression, there was so much turmoil in the economy that no one knew what was coming until it happened ("hindsight is always 20/20").This time around was almost a perfect storm of economic "trends" running headlong toward the cliff.

Sky high property taxes (40/thousand is crazy, even for how low values are there), high crime (again in context of still being in the safest state in America), depressed values, no good jobs, depreciation, middle of nowhere etc. all combine for a place that few people want to live.I've been told by multiple people that work with the DHHS that they have unwritten instructions to send section 8 people up to Berlin because the rents are so cheap section 8 can cover the whole rent (and it helps the state spend less than even housing them in the dumps of Frenchtown in Rochester).

Cap rates are severely depressed.

You do not need to know if it is for seizures, depression, diabetic, hearing, medication alert, PTSD, etc. 

But don’t choose dark colors which makes the whole space look depressing.

My perception has always been that it's a little more blue collar but when I asked around, a lot of people have said it's a depressed area and I'm better off sticking to the Chicago suburbs.

I am in Northern California and all the research I am doing is making me depressed on getting local cash flow here.

Despite all the setbacks, self doubts, and depression, I did not quit.
