Your home and your family is the foundation where everything is built on including your future businesses and investment opportunities. 

I am aware that the home needs work and am willing to foot the bill of most of it , but I do not want to lose my earnest money if the inspection finds out that the entire foundation is unsteady.

Hello,Has anyone came across an issue where there was foundation damage due to tenant neglecting to water the yard or failing to report a water leak / report developing cracks in the walls?

And this is a true NNN, they are even going to be responsible for foundation and roof. 

But as I do that, I'd like to start turning the gears in a good direction and one that will help me build on the foundation I have so far.  

I had him come out to look at a property with me and that property ended up having really bad foundation issues so I passed.
