Why not go see some other markets, meet some realtors, call property management companies, or network?

He jumped on the short-term rental bandwagon, hired a property management company to handle the day-to-day, and hoped to write off a hefty sum against his W2 income.However, his journey took a turn for the worse when he got audited by the IRS.

The house gets a deep clean from a cleaning company once a month but this just does not keep up.

You would have to convince title companies who have a stronghold on the industry to adopt this.2.

Without a company is fine to start.
