I am also going to be speaking to the condominium complex manager tomorrow about the situation and ask questions about the previous owner.Again I have done just about everything I can in regards to repairs and working with my tenants who have been great in terms of paying rent on time and have responded to all of my messages in regards to minor complaints from the neighbors (things like cigarettes flying out of the area and such).

We'd prefer somewhere where we can get completely different scenery than we can in Indiana.

I'm wanting to continue this and connect with as many people as I can in this awesome community. 

Hello im new to this area but have been doing my research and any training I can in investing in  real estate and im looking to get my first property and would love to to talk to anyone who might have advice and  so fourth. 

If you feel you can produce better long-term returns for your IRA in alternative assets like real estate than you can in the stock market, then this is a topic worth exploring.A plan can use debt-financing such as a mortgage, but that is a more complex strategy.
