DOM is still fairly low but buyers can breathe.

Holding on thin ice, currently listed to sell land and possibly use the cash to take a breath and then find another piece of land that I can be at within an hour or two drive not 6.

Take a deep breathe, sometimes it is difficult to take a property back that was in excellent condition in a condition that is damaged and worn. 

My advice would be to sit tight, take a breath, and use the losing offers as a sign from the universe that waiting may be the best thing for that RE portfolio in the long run!
