Does anyone have experience with banks in Texas that offer good construction loan options?

I got the property from one of my clients in my Banking capacity.he Loaned money on it a d subsequently got the property.

If you happen to be in a LIHTC area, then I do have an impact lender who might do a OTC loan, but it would be with limited recourse options.Non-Recourse options are very tough to find these days, even at banks.

I think if a prop is defeated, there should be a minimum number of years before it can be proposed again (I like 5 years).If it passes, jurisdictions that have laws to rent control single family units, that is currently not valid due to Costa Hawkins, will become valid. 

Yes, market is volatile, interest rates are fluctuating, but the fact that we can't neglect is that banks are more regulated, lending practices are stricter, and the housing market is not based on a pile of risky mortgages. 

I checked his 2 year bank statements and looks fine. 

@Henry BaghYou can start with local lenders and local banks and even credit unions some have DSCR options.
