We live in a small rural town on the way to Yosemite National Park, surrounded by huge lakes and hiking trails.

Due to the unique offering of the lake access in proximity to Rudolph Music Center, Grand park and the fact it has access to Morris reservoir I’m interested to get peoples opinion on What do you think would be the better play.

Looking to invest in the finger lakes.

There are some parts of the Poconos that have gone downhill a bit, while there are other areas, especially near lakes or in gated areas that are doing great. 

I am in escrow for our first rental property, close in a few days :) I grew up in the bay area but live in the Lake Tahoe area.
