This page https://www.bls.gov/eag/eag.nc.htm shows Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill, NC-SC while this page https://www.bls.gov/eag/eag.nc_charlotte_msa.htm shows both, and this page https://www.bls.gov/regions/southeast/nc_charlotte... shows Charlotte-Concord-Gastonia, NC-SC ... with all pages showing the same numbers.

Fairmount is below it and has been super strong for years...Fairmount CDC is very active which is a + for Brewerytown....Francisville is to the east maybe a touch southeast of West Girard and some millennials have taken a bet on living in Francisville.....both areas I would say are C maybe moving to B...for this with patience....if you are thinking about Section 8 this is probably a great area for you

but i think it also varys what you would personally consider D neighborhood's . here in Vegas I wouldn't touch anything south east which is all D rated but I'd jump on a duplex or fourplex in north Las Vegas.
