I have skimmed some of the old books at the library waiting for my kids to get done with their activities, saying I didn't go looking for the stuff.I am not such a genius or unique that I succeeded in RE ventures without guru stuff, exceptional maybe, LOL, but almost anyone can learn what I know or learned along the way.I keep hearing folks giving gurus credit for where they are in their investing career, while they may be making a living or making money, I have to snicker a bit.

That is also the shower facility.A guy comes by once a week on a wagon and the tenants can buy fresh milk and eggs.Another guy comes by once a week on a bigger wagon with a black and white spotted dog pulled by these great big horses and the tenants can buy beer from them.

@Joey CopperI would hire in future only if i scaled up to multi family but honestly, with a small amount of SFH, management companies are no more competent than myself and needlessly skim my profits.

@Michael Glunk I’d get a keurig and a creative assortment or coffee pods, stock the fridge up with breakfast type things, OJ, Apple juice, 1/2&1/2, medium size 2% milk, small fruit basket with bananas, apples, oranges, and some muffins from grocery store in a plastic 4 pack container so they will last several days.
