If I never wanted to be active in operations, I'd drop off a check to a RMLO at 10-12% and sit back, go ride my bike bar hopping, I have a pro taking care of my money and his tail can be responsible.BTW, Joe, I am a bean counter....educated, but I'm not 4' 11" at 92 pounds, I'm just over 6' and over 205 pounds, not really little.

He recently partnered with Karen Hanover (commercial real estate) and it appears that didn't work out very well as Karen has lately been posting on FB and apologizing for DC's constant pounding of emails to her list for his upsell plus a few other things.I also previously checked online and there are alot of complaints that DC doesn't return phone calls and emails, doesn't reply for refunds, etc.I wouldn't waste one penny with this guy.

Only one person I have ever met made it from zero when we first spoke to 1400 units and built an actual business.I think the next 5 to 10 years will be interesting; I expect prices to keep rising to unexpected levels along with the dollar (and debt) loosing value - until legislation and builders can ramp up production to fill the backlog and match demand.Agreed BP is cash flow is everything anything else is gambling so we all have that pounded into our bp posts.

Spring deterioration is normal wear and tear and hell no a tenant is not responsible for maintaining the springs on a garage door.I tell the LL to pound sand..... prove there is was negligence or a commonly accepted documentation that garage door spring maintenance falls under tenant responsibility for general unit maintenance.
