I hand wright all my envelopes.Actually my wife hand write them because I have doctor's handwriting.My results have been phenomenal.I believe in the techno world many sellers especially ones who do not use technology find old forms of communicating refreshing and respond well to them.Junk mail used to be in the mail box and now it is on the internet instead.I have had people tell me they look more forward to getting mail now.

Postal Service, which is a quasi-private company with a government charter -- for most of its history, it's been required to run without subsidy from the government, and if you ignore the effects that recent technology has had on the USPS, it's been quite successful (unfortunately, they're not doing a very good job of adapting the new world order).If other government programs were run as well as the USPS has historically been run, we'd be able to accomplish a whole lot more with the tax revenue we're already generating in this country.Anyway, the simple point is, instead of just thinking about out to generate more or spend less, politicians should be thinking about how to overhaul existing programs to allow them to accomplish as much with less (or more with the same).
