Has anybody got information on this turn key real estate investment company.

There was a podcast about a guy that rented to Americans with disabilities..  

Of course with such an obvious scam i wouldn't want to pay them for the work for a deal that will never happen.I had to have a seller in England go to the American Embassy to sign a properly notarized deed.

And by the way, subsequent to this experience I signed property management agreements with a couple of foreign investors who own rental properties in Houston.Their American business entities are set up exactly as the attorney described, and I have an agency relationship with their entities.

I will be accompanied with an amazing lady, my wife Anam, who is an American citizen.

I personally put all of my expenses on my Hilton American Express card.

You simply "state" your income when you file your tax returns, and do your part as an American Citizen that files honest tax returns and pays an honest tax bill -- just like everyone else. 

That is also the American way!  

Because it´s a SFR residence that was bought to be a primary residence, so I´m pretty happy that we´ll have it all covered (and there´s 4 months of reserves in the property´s account, as well) while we spend the next several months trekking through Latin America.
