@Corey Collins If you have enough equity in your 1st home you could refinance into a conventional loan to free up your VA entitlement for the 2nd home.

@Cody Collins I would turn your current property into a rental, use some of the 100k for down payment and rehab on the next property, get some roommates for rent on the other rooms!

Currently live in Fort Collins, was thinking about Colorado Springs for a market.

I tend to operate between colorado springs and fort collins.

The remaining four would only make 1x the rent and would probably struggle just paying the utility bill.Do a Google search for "Fort Collins You Plus Two" and read about their policy.
