I only use them if I have a solid borrower, and need a high LTC/LTARV, but I find Kiavi a little bit easier to navigate. 

Just make sure you try to househack in a desirable area where people will pay a high amount per bedroom. 

They are high on a percentage basis in Detroit, but relatively low on a nominal one.
