Days on market is about 2 months, slightly better than earlier this year but relatively speaking, it's still a more balanced market compared to rest of the Bay Area.

My advice would be to buy something where you can rent to a better class of tenant.

My goals include cash flow and appreciation and I realized there were other properties that better align with what I am trying to accomplish.
