SEC 8 does not listen to "complaints" unless they are valid lease violations or criminal convictions.

Also, this tenant has few criminal records since 2008 - why take chances?

To the police, this is civil matter, not a criminal matter.

You need set screening standards for tenants , income , criminal records etc .

To become a Broker you've got to have 2 years in the game, 40 transactions, a college degree, a physical office, a clean criminal history & I imagine some other stuff I can't think of off the top of my head.

Just don’t forget to get an application ahead of time and screen for prior landlords, income, employment verification, and open source criminal courts websites.

I would recommend doing the following:Develop minimum screening criteria for credit score, income amount, eviction history, and criminal history.

They have now crossed the line into criminal activity.

I have never had success with a tenant that was not screened completely and by that I mean a complete credit, criminal, eviction check.3.
