@Antoine Martel  LLC won't help ... any and all of these lenders will require PG's  especially realty shares and especially someone pretty new.

I'm interested in building a knowledge base of cash buyers in the PG County, Md area.  

Once all of our mortgage slots are filled up, I might consider buying on a lease option, but we haven't had the opportunity, nor have I actively pursued L/O on the buy side.  

There are quite a few in PG County Maryland and was wondering if I should just focus on leads like Code-violations, absentee owners, or just focus in the other states.Thanks in advance!
