I was wondering if you ended up going with them or someone else and how it was going?

I have done sub2 from time to time, but I definitely don’t come on here bragging about it. 

As someone who lives in the Appleton area, I can definitely say it's a good location.

As I'm sure most of you know, a long-term rental is simple since the only recurring expense I own is the mortgage, whereas with a STR I'll own the mortgage, internet, utilities, furnishings, cleaning fees, etc. which just makes my projections a bit foggier.I'm looking for feedback on the below expenses and wondering what else I should be thinking about, that I don't currently have listed.

I just have never heard of this kind of experience and am wondering if others have run into any debacle like this. title company checks normally dont get held I know mine never do.. last year when first american got hacked I had closed a deal and had a nice size proceed wire due and it took 6 or 7 days for FATCO to get the wire out to me..

Definitely still expensive but it's been a great decision for us.

I was wondering if there's is any information about this group and what it is they do... and if it's worth paying their membership fees There’s a couple of members on here that are a part of or have been part of lifestyles unlimited.

It definitely escalates the situation though, so I'd research the process and carefully consider the option before embarking on it...but if you pursue that route you can likely escrow Dec 1 rent and I'm sure that will get some attention.
