House hacking is the real deal, and it's awesome to witness your success with it in Colorado Springs.

This attitude today is predatory dealing and financing, just because some nit wit has a chunk of money doesn't mean they are qualified to own real estate.

We naturally started with our personal circle of family and friends who have witnessed our journey from the beginning, we have also begun posting blogs on LinkedIn and our website, we've created a CRM database of all the potential investors we have met in our network, and are soon releasing our first recurring email newsletter for our subscribers.The frustrating part of all this is that it feels like I'm pushing a rock up a hill that just won't make any progress.

Now, as a member of a college fraternity, and and having played with many traveling rugby clubs over the years, I've been a firsthand witness to what the wrong tenants can do to a nice vacation rental home.  

I currently am based mostly in the Far Hills - Bedminster area, and this is where I have seen a good number of my customers "Escape", and have witnessed more people looking for rentals.

Regarding townhouses and condos - I have witnessed condos and townhouses here taking a bigger hit on their rentals than SFHs due to COVID-19.

I wouldn't leave my boyfriend alone with a bunch of slow witted men with huge appreciations.  :-)
