I'm in the same boat, I've been happily using Stessa for a couple years and recently I'm having connection problems and they're not connecting with mortgage companies that are buying out my loans.

As others have said, conventional investment loans are an option, as well as DSCR loans.

That being said, most originators are hit with a clawback penalty if you payoff your loan within 6-9 months, meaning that the originator has to repay all commissions and fees to the buyer of the loan if you payoff the loan within that period.

I've seen you post a few times about 70% max leverage but 75% is widely available, at lease with non-conventional 30Y DSCR loans.

The loans were varied and some were able to close sooner than others and they wanted to close before the others but we held out because we needed to close all of them at the same time to avoid any last minute standoffs or complications.
