@Charles Socci @Troy ZsofkaOn a national platform like BP, it can seem convoluted to discuss work comp guidelines because there is so much variation from 1 state to the next.Each state controls their own work comp system separate from the Fed. 

Although the variations above sound great, it takes more homework for a regular investor to wind through all of these options.

A variation of the idea is to buy one property clear.

There is to much variation in cost per state.

Because there are so many variations, I couldn't possibly know my competitors intentions unless they specifically tell me. 

Hi Helen, I think you're going to have a lot of variation in answers here.

I'm personally not a big fan of "uneven" structures (e.g. 51 - 49 arrangements and variations).

You can split test this with other ad sets that have variations in targeting and messaging and media.
