And did you retain an interior designer or was the "new Look" yours and your wife's creative tastes? 

Their website tool is a bit crude for my taste but allows me to take direct bookings and market outside of Airbnb to save guests 10-20% on booking fees. 

I'm still not quite sure why they even bother with a property management company since they do all the repairs themselves and apparently screen the tenants themselves as well...Overall my wife and I were treated kind of poorly throughout the whole process and it left a sour taste in my mouth.

@James Piercy Ohhhh dude I'm so so sorry that this was your intro to real estate investing, as this could leave a bitter taste in your mouth. 

I think you have seen a taste of the addiction and as time permits, may move on to doing BOTH wholesales and rehabs.

I am not a mover, and people can't seem to read a scope of work to save their lives.With investors and property managers, it's champaign taste on a beer budget.But evansville has become a hotbed for a new wave of investors who will pay for quality, a changing of the guard if you will.

I am finding the best deals (for my taste) in my area are around that same mark.

Any more that that and it tastes too sweet. 

They give you a taste to get you hooked and then upsell you to the next level and the next level and the next level.
