Do not use a generic flag type of stamp, and either do it yourself, or hire someone to hand write the addresses on the envelopes.. 

Look if you can present bonafide data from a proven source (previous appraisal, county records, etc) or even a walk-through video with a date stamp, and appraiser STILL refuses to change it = I'd report them.  

Take pictures and videos of the work, where the dumpster is, etc. if you can so that everything is time stamped as you go along so you have evidence on your side.

I had plans drawn up by a draftsman, stamped by a structural engineer out of the area... and this caused me all sorts of pain -- mostly trying to communicate with the structural engineer. 

A range is acceptable to investors until permit approval but final numbers of course will be stamped out.

If you are talking about just postcards and mailing, I get 5000 postcards for 200 dollars and then a stamp is 28 cents.

The Buyer will pay for the preparation of the note, mortgage and deed and for the recording of the deed.The Seller will pay for intangible taxes and for documentary stamps on the deed and mortgage.

Postcards printed, stamped and mailed run about 50c and Letters $1-1.5.

PR is a pain with permits, stamps, etc… it can take months or years to get permits approved.
