That's quite an impressive resume you have!

To speak very bluntly, I wouldn't recommend any action other than polishing up your resume right now.  9 days is too short of a time frame to process and internalize your new situation, in my opinion.  

I don't think those people would look twice at my resume for property management. 

I’ve only been in real estate for 21 years... as long as we are exchanging resumes... good luck to you. 

The risk for the latter model of resolution is borrower re-default which then requires a new loan mod or foreclose, depending on the borrower's ability to resume payments.

The criterias may or may not include your personal out of pocket commitments, credit, resume, track record in the industry, project type, project funding amount, locations, etc.

They all have secondary marketing departments...unless you have deep pockets and buy big time(1000+ assets) and have many relationships and long and very experienced resume, big banks wont even talk to you.
