A big part of wealth creation is how much money you keep, not how much money you earn.

Could it be that it was asked during the creation just so the gov would have it in record🤷🏻‍♀️I'm not sure.

Realistically I know home values should continue rising given the increasing population and city job creation (plus no state income taxes), so the long term value of the property should be strong, but as far as cash flow LTR rental income even with house hacking is low for the investment cost typically.
