I'm horrible with the vocabulary for rehabbing.Concrete starts Monday for a new patio and driveway, I have a few guys coming to replace all the damaged wood on the trim / facia and get on stucco repair.

Jon,I'm only doing the repairs that I've done before on other houses: pouring a small patio, installing new light fixures, replacing a toilet or a bathtub insert or a new sink, paint, siding repair, drywall repair, or even a water heater - none of that requires a permit in OK.

Now, these are also idiots, so I am not saying they do a good job, but they will attempt to put up plastic lining or put the lab in a detached garage or shed or similar, depending on property.

Something new - the City of Philadelphia now will not pick up mattresses that are being disposed of in the trash unless the mattress has been placed into huge plastic bags designed for mattress disposal - due to bed bugs ...
