The only caveat here is that you NEED to live in the residence you purchase for one year otherwise it is considered mortgage fraud. 

I actually was getting my info from information released today.Calling my material click bait may lead someone to think I am a fraud.

My concern is less about fraud.

It is an identical looking duplex with approximately 720square feet each and 2 bedroom 1 bathroom.

I wonder if she could be charged with check fraud?

From there I had to verify my identity, then the next day (5/6) I got an email saying my loan was approved and to sign the closing docs. 

I hope this is right as I do not want to commit fraud either.
