The products offered will always vary and part of being a broker is knowing the borrower's scenarios and our lenders to know where the pieces fit best.

James, I think you are underselling your product, most people would of said that property with the toilet that looked like someone dumped a portajon on it would have been rent ready and turnkey with minimal light rehab required.

Long ago I tried a few of these sites like this and their product is awful.

There are no DSCR HELOC products that exist in the non-qm space at the time.
