What is the property generating a year (NOI).

I bought these properties cheap, had them fixed up and not have they appreciated a lot that also generate a nice tax free cash flow that goes back into my IRA to be redeployed into more properties.This is a huge tax free money maker. 

Ideally, my property generates around $500 per month cash flow after accounting for rent, insurance, tax, interest, PM fees.I’ve recently realized that repairs costs have notably affected my profits.

Question… How in depth does the course get on fix & flips and also specifically generating leads?

If you can t generate at least a 20% Cash on Cash return why get involved with running a STVR business.

I'm looking for a short-term rental (to generate active losses), but maybe I'm thinking about this wrong...  

How would you suggest I use this money to generate the maximum amount of monthly cashflow? 

Collecting ID and CC pic has eliminated UNTIL now we realized some scammers had used AI to generate the CC info onto a generic CC pic and also used AI to generate an ID.  

My investment goals are modest (say, 9-10% IRR over a 7 yr period) and I am convinced Philly will not generate that.
