Hey @Dan Gongora - I have a list of lenders that another BP member shared with me a while back...the lenders are exclusive to Chicago or Illinois, but I assume that wouldn't matter to you.How much equity do you have in the property and what is your game plan with the money?

I could not find any affiliation between the lender and Capital One.

This is a tax shell game question about gold and real estate in the states passing "legal tender" legislation like Louisiana (article linked). 

In my market if there is such low action like this, I'm accounting for that in my true ARV and holding cost because it's a waiting game at this point for you.
