Landon has a great point; working as a leasing agent for a big building would be a perfect way to get started.Another option could be volunteering to sit open houses for agents.

With the encouragement of Dave Ramsey and Bigger Pockets I now think I want to shift my focus on developing skills and working with real estate in Northwest Ohio south of Toledo.When this semester ends (the end of April) I will be taking classes entirely online allowing me time to jump into the business by working for agents, helping investors, or in any other way I can to learn as much as possible.  

My prop was just 24 units... and the requirement was needed when I applied for AGENCY funding.

There are several third party services that prepare market analyses for agents, however, I've found them to be very ineffective and inaccurate.
