I’m longterm bullish on these second level support cities to the main urban areas and I firmly believe that if one really examines the opportunity to investors they will come to the same conclusion.

It is definitely worth the time to go down there in person and talk to a plans examiner at the counter.

That being said, anyone who is afraid to invest inside the loop needs their head examined.

If you've been mailing for 6 months with no results, it may be time to re-examine your process to figure out where you need improvement.

Although I have heard rumors this will change in 2018, currently title examination standards for Oklahoma do not allow you to take title on your deed in only the name of the Series, you have to still list the parent LLC - for example "ABC, LLC as nominees for it's series, Series 123" so it's questionable how much asset protection this really offers if you're still deeding all your properties in the parent LLC name.
