Other than those two, I havent seen any on here or found any meetups through google here in austin besides a womens meet up and private lender meet up.

You have absolutely no idea of the apartment layout, whether one of the women asked him to fix a sink while she got the rent, guy came up from behind, had the gun pulled on him when they opened the door and he had no where to go...It is quite concerning how much you take at face value coming from a murderer. 

I know someone in my PA area who was doing a similar thing for women, but it was in a semi-rural area!
