He knows EVERYONE:)quick check they are NMLS licensed and state licensed so good on that end.. when they come to Oregon they will need to get state licensed here.. and in WA no license required.. you see a lot of lenders say they loan in NV but many are not licensed there..

Jacksonville still seems to have continued job and population growth, but without actual hard data, it seems apparent the supply far outstripped the short-term demand.

So there would be no way to pull data from a PM system automatically unless I had my own PM system where I re-entered all their data which would be a huge time waste.
